How a visit runs

Four clear steps before the water is back

Nothing is opened until the work is agreed.

  1. 01

    Look at the fitting

We photograph the tap, valve, or drain and name the part that failed.

  2. 02

    Agree the work

You see the parts and the time before a wall or a cabinet is opened.

  3. 03

    Set and test

The new fitting is set, then run hot and cold while we watch the joints.

  4. 04

    Leave the room dry

The floor is wiped, the shutoff is labeled, and the note is left on the counter.
